DEL

Scilligence’s DNA Encoded Libraries (DEL) application streamlines a large amount of documentation  generated during the DEL scientific process. Design libraries from registering building blocks and DNA codons to creating reaction protocols and scaffolds. Define library pools and plan screening campaigns and NGS assays. Capture enumerated hits, sequence counts, and scores.

Design Your Libraries

Define the protocols for building your libraries. Specify the reaction, protocols, and scaffolds for each cycle. Register, validate, and associate building blocks and tags to your library. Use the libraries in as many pools as you want.

Create Your Screening Campaigns

Building off previously created libraries, define the pools desired to use in your screens. Design screening campaigns, capturing screening targets, pools, protocols, and other compounds needed for your screen from catalysts, peptides, binding proteins, and DNA. Plan your NGS assays.

Capture Your Selection Data

Store your enumerated hits, sequence counts, and scores from your NGS assays. Search and filter the selection data.

Store Validation Data

Track building block validation information for easy access. Associate validated building blocks to a library, cycle, and protocol.
