In collaboration with Pistoia Alliance, https://scilligence.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Spring_rd_informatics_workshop_west-3-2-1.jpg will be launching Monomer.org, a web-based platform for monomer libraries and a viewer that can interpret macromolecules expressed in a HELM string. The site, set to become available to the public in fall of 2020, will provide the scientific community with the following services:
- A well-researched and curated core monomer set to ease the deployment of the HELM ISO standard
- A secure platform to manage and share monomer libraries internally and externally
- A web portal to visualize macromolecules expressed in a HELM string
An introduction and demo to this project will be presented by https://scilligence.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Spring_rd_informatics_workshop_west-3-2-1.jpg and Pistoia Alliance during our fall workshop, R&D Informatics for Special Modalities, on October 14th.
