Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Scilligence booth at BioTechX Europe in Basel, Switzerland. It was a pleasure to meet so many scientists, informatics leads, and R&D teams in person and hear what they are working on.
Across the conference, the same questions kept coming up. Drug discovery teams now work with more modalities than ever, including small molecules, antibodies, ADCs, and other conjugates. Each one brings its own data, and that data often ends up in separate systems that don’t talk to each other. Teams also want to bring AI into their daily work, but they need to do it without moving sensitive data outside their own environment.
That is the problem the Scilligence informatics platform is built to solve. Here is what we discussed at the booth.

One platform for every modality
Scientists can register and manage molecules, sequences, and assay data in a single system instead of switching between tools. A shared record means less re-entry, fewer reconciliation headaches, and a clearer view of each program.
AI models inside the workflow
The platform lets teams connect third-party and in-house AI models through a RESTful API. Models run inside the customer’s firewall, and predictions appear where scientists already design, register, and review compounds. There is no separate tool to learn and no data leaving your environment.
Fewer experiments, faster decisions
When predictions are available early in the design process, teams can narrow candidates before committing wet lab resources. The goal is to help scientists reach better molecules in fewer cycles.
Built around how your team works
Every organization has its own modalities, models, and processes. Many of our conversations in Basel were about how the platform would fit a specific workflow, not just what it can do in general.

A special thank you to the BioTechX team for organizing such a well-run conference in Basel.
Reach out for a customized demo
If we didn’t get the chance to talk, or you would like to see how this would work with your own data, models, and modalities, we would be glad to set up a customized demo for your team.
