Marketing Manager

Job Overview

Scilligence is looking for a marketing manager to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer lead generation.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented marketer who can work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who has experience running successful customer marketing campaigns.


– Design and execute marketing plans to fulfill company objectives of lead generation and branding.

– Develop and execute of marketing campaigns that drive lead generation to support sales in a data-driven approach, including campaign design, execution, measurement, testing, optimization, and reporting.

– Organize exhibitions and presentations at conferences and workshops.

– Develop and execute marketing plan for new product launch and existing product upgrade.

– Work closely with sales and technical teams to support sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

– Manage the development of marketing communications — including marketing collateral, white papers, articles, web and email content, sales presentations, and PR, among others.

– Manage company social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter


– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Communication, Graphic Design or Illustration

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Creative marketing and communication skills to engage and motivate customer advocates.

– Strong aptitude for data and segmentation approaches

– Ability to quickly understand and articulate Scilligence product capabilities, value proposition, and key messages

– Strong cross-functional and team collaboration skills

– Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Self-motivated, highly driven

– Strategic thinker who can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience

– Empathetic individual with strong passion for serving and understanding customers and what motivates them to take action

– Critical-thinker and problem-solver

– Ability to advocate for customers while focusing on lead generation goal

– Understanding of chemistry and biology is a plus
