Scilligence

With JSDraw user can draw biological sequences, such as peptides.  The molecular formla and molecular weight will be autocatically calculated with javascript inside JSDraw.

A new feature will be added to the comming JSDraw 1.2.10 to expand an Amino Acid inside JSDraw.  By using the expanded structure in atom-bond level, biochemists can then modify the amino acid.
